Veehulks are a fictional species originating from the planet Xylos in the K'tharr system. They are known for their large, hulking physiques and their semi-aquatic lifestyle. Veehulks possess thick, leathery hides that are typically a dull grey or brown, providing natural camouflage in their native swampy environments. Their bodies are dense and muscular, allowing them to move with surprising agility despite their size.

Physiologically, Veehulks have a unique respiratory system that allows them to remain submerged for extended periods. They possess external gills located behind their ear-like appendages, which can be sealed when on land. Their diet consists mainly of aquatic vegetation and small, slow-moving creatures found in the Xylosian waterways.
