Uusimisväljad
Uusimisväljad, often translated as "renewal fields" or "reallocation fields," is a concept primarily used in the context of Finnish agricultural and land-use policy. It refers to designated areas of land that have been previously used for agriculture but are no longer considered economically viable or suitable for active farming. Instead, these fields are often designated for purposes of ecological restoration, nature conservation, or alternative land uses that promote biodiversity and ecosystem services.
