Tyhjiömuovauskone
Tyhjiömuovauskone, also known as a vacuum forming machine, is a piece of manufacturing equipment used to shape plastic sheets into various products. The process begins with a plastic sheet, typically made of thermoplastics like polystyrene, ABS, or PVC, being heated to a pliable temperature. Once softened, the sheet is draped over a mold. A vacuum is then applied, which sucks the air out from between the mold and the plastic sheet. This creates a vacuum that pulls the plastic firmly against the surface of the mold, conforming to its shape. As the plastic cools and solidifies, it retains the form of the mold.
After the plastic has cooled, it is removed from the mold. Excess plastic is then trimmed away,
