Turnirji

Turnirji, the Slovenian word for tournaments, are organized competitive events in which participants face each other under a defined set of rules and formats to determine winners, rankings, or qualifications. In many sports and games, national and international federations oversee sets of championships and rank participants for qualifications.

Turnirji can be conducted in person or online and may range from small local events to large international championships. They are found in a wide array of domains, including chess, go, e-sports, tabletop games, quiz bowls, and various athletic disciplines.
