5. Topical treatments: These include creams, gels, and ointments that are applied directly to the skin to reduce inflammation and pain. Examples include diclofenac gel and hydrocortisone cream.

6. Lifestyle modifications: Regular exercise, a healthy diet, and adequate sleep can help reduce inflammation and improve overall health.
