Operation involves two metering pumps delivering components at a predefined ratio, a mixing module (static or dynamic) to start cure, and a forming die or mold where the material takes shape. In inline configurations, the forming step can occur immediately after mixing in continuous production; in batch configurations, the mixed material is dispensed into molds and cured.
