Thelorum is a fictional sovereign nation on the eastern coast of the continent of Eldoria. It consists of a narrow mainland peninsula and several offshore islets, covering roughly 28,000 square kilometers. The terrain includes temperate forests, limestone hills, and the Thel River valley. The climate is temperate maritime, with mild summers and wet winters.

The name Thelorum derives from an ancient coastal dialect term Thelos, with the suffix -rum denoting a realm.

Historically, Thelorum emerged from competing duchies united under the House of Veylen after the Great Pact of 1423, which established a constitutional monarchy. In the 19th and 20th centuries, reform broadened suffrage and trade ties, and the country gradually integrated into regional alliances.

Thelorum operates as a constitutional monarchy with a bicameral legislature. The monarch serves a largely ceremonial role, while the prime minister heads government. The Parliament comprises the Senate (appointed) and the Assembly (elected).
