Taroudant

Taroudant is a city in southwestern Morocco, the capital of Taroudant Province in the Souss-Massa region. It lies in the Souss Valley at the foot of the Anti-Atlas Mountains, about 80 kilometers northeast of Agadir. The surrounding countryside is agricultural, known for citrus, olives and argan trees.
