Sisendmoodulid, or input modules, are essential components in many electronic and automation systems. They function as the interface between the external world and the control system, translating physical phenomena into electrical signals that the system can process. These modules are designed to detect and measure various parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, light, or the state of a switch.

The primary role of a sisendmoodul is to convert non-electrical inputs into standardized electrical signals, often in the form of voltage or current.
