Seryan is a fictional city-state in the coastal region of the fantasy continent of Elaria. It is described in various sources as a leading center of trade, shipbuilding, and maritime culture, with a long history of mercantile governance and cosmopolitan street life.

Geographically, Seryan sits at the delta of the Seryan River, with a natural harbor that shelters fleets from the western seas.
