History: the concept emerged in late 2010s design studies exploring rapid human–AI collaboration, with several prototypes described in academic and industry publications. Variants and related terms include raskemate lite and raskemate pro, varying in processing power, form factor, and data localization strategies.

Applications: envisioned use cases include on-site decision support for engineers, medical or field triage simulations, and creative workflows where swift iteration is valuable. Limitations include potential over-reliance on automation, privacy concerns, and the need for careful user interface design to prevent cognitive overload.
