Rakúsko

Rakúsko is a country located in Central Europe. Its capital and largest city is Vienna. The official language is German. Rakúsko is a federal republic consisting of nine states, known as Bundesländer. It is a landlocked country, bordered by Germany and the Czech Republic to the north, Slovakia and Hungary to the east, Slovenia and Italy to the south, and Switzerland and Liechtenstein to the west.

The geography of Rakúsko is largely mountainous, dominated by the Alps, which cover about two-thirds of the country's territory. This makes Rakúsko a popular destination for winter sports.
