Produktstrøm (Danish for "product flow") refers to the sequence of steps, processes, and movements that a product undergoes from initial materials to finished goods and delivery to the customer. In manufacturing and logistics, the term emphasizes the physical and informational pathways that create value and shape lead times, capacity utilization, and service levels.

The produktstrøm typically includes inbound logistics, production or assembly, packaging, warehousing, order fulfilment, and outbound shipping.
