Presentering is the act of conveying information or an argument to an audience through spoken language, often supplemented by visual aids. It encompasses planning, delivery and the use of materials such as slides, charts or demonstrations to support the message.

A typical presentering has a defined objective, a logical structure (an opening that states the purpose, a body that presents the main points, and a closing that summarizes and, if applicable, calls for action), and a delivery that combines clear speech, appropriate pace, eye contact and, where relevant, body language. Visual aids should reinforce key points, remain legible, and avoid overwhelming text.
