Predikattiarvon is a Finnish term that translates loosely to "predictive value" or "predictive power." It is commonly used in statistical and machine learning contexts to describe the ability of a variable or a model to predict an outcome. Essentially, it quantifies how much information a particular predictor carries about the variable it is intended to forecast.

A high predikattiarvon suggests that the predictor is a strong indicator of the outcome.
