Plutoohilennon is a hypothetical celestial body that has been proposed as a candidate for a Ninth Planet in our solar system. The concept emerged from observations of the Kuiper Belt, a region of icy bodies beyond Neptune. Researchers noted that several Trans-Neptunian Objects (TNOs) in the outer solar system exhibited peculiar orbital clustering. These TNOs appear to be gravitationally shepherded into similar orbits, suggesting the influence of a massive, unseen object.
