Paramesets

Paramesets are a species of cat-like creatures that originate from the fictional land of Ivalice in the Final Fantasy series. They are characterized by their feline appearance and habitual behavior of drawing cars. Paramesets, along with their bipedal counterparts known as Biskus, serve as the primary mounts for various characters throughout the series.

The Paramesets appear to be drawn to specific objects, particularly large metal vehicles such as cars and trains, and can often be found sitting by or surrounding these objects in a seemingly idle state. They are not typically aggressive but may regard potential threats or adversaries with hostility if their peaceful surroundings are disrupted.

Paramesets possess a unique immune system which protects them from the crushing machines' intense noise and kinetic properties. This resilience likely stems from their highly specialized constitution. A combination of physiological adaptations and malleability within their bone structure may also contribute to their remarkable capacity to reconcile with mechanical surroundings.

Paramesets, similar to their bipedal counterparts, are slow eaters, consuming formidable quantities of food in one prolonged sitting. This has led some naturalists to hypothesize that they exhibit habituated behavior stemming from necessity or perhaps purpose-driven advancement.

Throughout the series, Paramesets appear alongside even more empathetic animal-like beings often sharing habitats. They provide an important juncture within the realm's somewhat force-recreated disintegration.
