Paich
Paich refers to a traditional garment worn in the Punjab region of the Indian subcontinent. It is a long, flowing robe, often made from cotton or silk, and is typically worn by women. The paich can vary in design and embellishment depending on the occasion and the wearer's social status. Some paich are simple and unadorned, suitable for everyday wear, while others are intricately embroidered with silk or metallic threads, featuring elaborate patterns of paisleys, floral motifs, and geometric designs. These more elaborate versions are often reserved for special events such as weddings, festivals, and religious ceremonies.
The paich is usually worn over a salwar or churidar and a kameez. It is often secured
