PSAMPSEM

PSAMPSEM, which stands for Policy Simulation and Analytics for Municipal Planning and Socioeconomic Modeling, is an open-source framework and standard designed to support policy analysis and urban planning. It provides tools to integrate geospatial data, demographic and economic indicators, and policy scenarios to evaluate potential outcomes of investments and regulations. Governance and standards: The project is steered by the PSAMPSEM Consortium, which publishes contribution guidelines and a roadmap. It follows open-data principles and interoperability standards to enable cross-agency data sharing, while allowing proprietary models to be integrated as external services.
