Otsustamise
Otsustamine, or decision making, is the cognitive and social process of selecting a course of action from among alternatives. In Estonian grammar, the noun otsustamine can form the possessive otsustamise meaning “of decision making.” The concept covers both individual decisions in personal life and collective decisions in organizations, governments, and communities.
