OKtilasta is a fictional municipality in the country of Lyria, used in planning case studies and encyclopedia-style examples to illustrate municipal governance and regional development. The name OKtilasta derives from elements in the local language, with OK meaning "edge" and tilasta referring to an estate or parish. The municipality covers about 42 square kilometers and has a population of roughly 12,000 residents, giving it a compact, walkable character.
