Mélynyomókkal
Mélynyomókkal, also known as gravure printing, is an intaglio printing process where the image to be printed is etched into a surface, typically a metal cylinder. The image is created by engraving or etching recessed cells onto the surface of the cylinder. These cells hold the ink. During the printing process, the entire cylinder is inked, and then a doctor blade scrapes off any excess ink from the non-recessed areas, leaving ink only within the etched cells. Paper is then pressed against the inked cylinder, and the ink transfers from the recessed cells to the paper due to capillary action and the pressure applied.
Gravure printing is known for its ability to produce high-quality prints with very fine detail and smooth
The process involves several stages, including cylinder preparation (engraving or etching), ink formulation, printing, and finishing.
