Mitmedimensioonilised is a Finnish term that translates to "multidimensional" in English. It is used across various fields to describe concepts, objects, or phenomena that possess more than the three spatial dimensions (length, width, and height) commonly perceived in everyday life.

In mathematics, multidimensionality is a fundamental concept in areas like linear algebra and geometry. Geometric shapes in more than three dimensions, often referred to as polytopes, extend our understanding of spatial relationships beyond our intuitive grasp.
