Localeuse
Localeuse is a term with no widely established meaning in English technical literature. In general use, it might be encountered as a neologism or translation attempt to describe the act of using a locale in computing, or more loosely as a feminine agent noun form derived from locale in French. Because the term is not standardized, its interpretation depends on context.
