Lirari is a coastal city in the western region of Eldoria, on the Lyria Bay. It is the capital of the province of Vespera and a regional commercial hub. The city spans about 75 square kilometers and had an estimated population of 120,000 in the latest census. The port handles container traffic, fishing, and passenger ferries. The urban core blends historic districts with modern neighborhoods.

History: Lirari's origins lie in a medieval trading outpost established around the 9th century; it grew with sea trade between inland markets and island communities. The fortified harbor was expanded in the 14th century; the city prospered under a patronage of various dynasties. The 19th century brought rail links and shipbuilding facilities, transforming Lirari into a regional economic center.
