In domestic contexts, konyhatechnikai emphasizes ergonomics, space efficiency, noise, and energy consumption; in professional settings it prioritizes durability, hygiene, throughput, and standardized safety. Equipment categories range from consumer-grade appliances to heavy-duty commercial units and modular systems.
