Kitsilano
Kitsilano, often known as Kits, is a vibrant neighbourhood in the West Side of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It is situated between English Bay and Balaclava Street, extending inland from the waterfront. Kitsilano is renowned for its beaches, particularly Kits Beach and Vanier Park, which offer stunning views of the downtown Vancouver skyline and the North Shore mountains.
The neighbourhood is characterized by a mix of housing styles, including single-family homes, apartments, and townhouses.
Historically, the area was named after Chief August Jack of the Musqueam First Nation, whose Squamish name
