Kasszautomaták

Kasszautomaták, often translated as cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems, are electronic devices used in retail and service industries to process sales transactions. They typically consist of a cash drawer, a display for the customer and operator, a keyboard or touchscreen interface, and a receipt printer. Modern kasszautomaták often incorporate barcode scanners and can be integrated with other business systems such as inventory management and accounting software.

The primary function of a kasszautomata is to record sales, calculate the total amount due, and manage payment. When an item is sold, its price is entered or scanned into the system.
