Juuttiköydet

Juuttiköydet are ropes made from the fibers of the jute plant. Jute is a long, soft, shiny vegetable fiber that can be spun into coarse, strong threads. Jute ropes are known for their biodegradability and affordability. They have a rough texture and a characteristic brownish-golden color. While not as strong or durable as synthetic ropes, jute ropes are suitable for a variety of applications where high strength is not critical. They are commonly used for decorative purposes, in gardening for tying plants, for making doormats, and in some packaging applications. Due to their natural origin, they are also a popular choice for eco-friendly projects. Jute rope is susceptible to moisture and can degrade over time if exposed to the elements, making it less ideal for long-term outdoor use compared to synthetic alternatives.
