Internalisoidut

Internalisoidut is a Finnish term that translates to "internalized" in English. It refers to the process by which external norms, values, beliefs, and behaviors become an integral part of an individual's own psychological makeup. This internalization means that these external elements are no longer perceived as separate rules or expectations imposed from the outside, but rather as fundamental aspects of one's own identity, conscience, and self-regulation.
