For livestock, rotational grazing and the use of antiparasitic treatments can help reduce parasite loads. In humans, access to clean water and proper food handling are critical. Diagnosis often relies on fecal examinations, blood tests, or imaging techniques, while treatment typically involves antiparasitic medications prescribed by healthcare professionals or veterinarians.

Understanding the biology and behavior of internal parasites is essential for managing their impact on both wildlife and domestic populations. Research in parasitology continues to advance, offering new insights into control measures and improving methods for detection and treatment.
