Häiritsevyys is a Finnish term referring to the state or quality of being disruptive or disturbing. The word stems from häiritä, meaning to disturb, interrupt, or interfere.

In everyday use, häiritsevyys covers disturbances that hinder normal activities, attention, or comfort. It can refer to auditory disturbances like loud noise, visual clutter such as excessive signage or lighting, interruptions during work or study, or disruptive behavior in social settings. In urban planning and design, häiritsevyys is used to evaluate environmental nuisances that reduce livability or safety.
