Genombrowser

Genombrowser is a software platform designed for exploring genomic data. It provides an integrated environment for visualization, querying, and lightweight analysis, aimed at researchers, clinicians, and data managers who work with large-scale genetic datasets. The system supports common workflows for whole-genome and exome data, including variant calls, gene annotations, expression profiles, and publicly available reference tracks. It emphasizes interoperability and can connect to external resources such as dbSNP, ClinVar, Ensembl, and other genome annotation databases.
