The GAZ-31029 Volga was a passenger car produced by the Gorky Automobile Plant (GAZ) in Russia. It was a variant of the GAZ-3102 Volga, primarily intended for the domestic market. The 31029 was produced between 1992 and 1997, bridging the gap between the older GAZ-3102 and the later GAZ-3110.

Visually, the GAZ-31029 retained the more modern styling of the GAZ-3102 compared to earlier Volga models, featuring rectangular headlights and a more streamlined body.
