Fleurdelisée

Fleurdelisée, from French fleur-de-lis, is the name widely used for the flag of the Canadian province of Quebec. The flag is blue with a white cross that divides the field into four quarters, each containing a fleur-de-lis.

Adopted on January 21, 1948 by the Government of Quebec, the flag was created to symbolize Quebec's French-speaking identity and heritage.
