FIFOperiaatetta is a hypothetical governance framework proposed for international football administration. Described as a set of principles meant to guide decision-making and operations, it combines ideas associated with FIFA-style governance with the Finnish term periaatteet, meaning principles or guidelines. The concept is used in scholarly and policy discussions as a thought experiment to assess how transparent, accountable, and sustainable practices might be organized in global football governance.

It was coined in a 2020s Nordic policy forum publication and has since been cited in theoretical treatises on sports governance. It is not an official FIFA program or ruling body; rather, it serves as a model for analysis and debate.

Core elements include transparency in decision-making; accountability through independent oversight; anti-corruption measures; respect for human rights; stakeholder participation; and data-driven governance.
