Energiajagamine

Energiajagamine is a term used in energy policy and planning that refers to the distribution and sharing of locally produced energy within a defined network. The word blends energia, meaning energy, with jagamine, meaning sharing or distribution, and is commonly used in Estonian-language discourse on sustainable energy systems.

The concept encompasses local energy communities, peer-to-peer energy trading, and microgrids that connect households, businesses, and public institutions with on-site generation such as solar panels or small wind turbines.
