Elektrodenpositie
Elektrodenpositie, also known as electrodeposition or electroplating, is an electrochemical process used to deposit a layer of metal onto a substrate. This is achieved by immersing both the object to be plated (the cathode) and a piece of the plating metal (the anode) into an electrolyte solution. When an electric current is passed through the solution, metal ions from the anode or the electrolyte are attracted to the cathode and deposit onto its surface.
The primary purpose of elektrodenpositie is to enhance the properties of the substrate. This can include improving
The effectiveness and quality of the deposited layer depend on several factors. These include the composition
