ETCSn

ETCSn, or European Train Control System Level n, is a European Rail Traffic Management System (ERTMS) standard designed to enhance the safety, efficiency, and interoperability of railway operations across Europe. Developed by the European Union Agency for Railways (ERA), ETCSn is part of the broader ERTMS framework, which includes ETCS Level 1 and Level 2.

ETCSn operates on the principle of continuous train protection, where the train's speed and position are constantly monitored and controlled by the system.
