Bsuhet is a fictional coastal city-state in the southern part of the continent of Narella. The name Bsuhet derives from the local language; scholars debate its exact meaning, but it is commonly interpreted as "harbor of songs" or "quiet bay." It serves as a cultural and commercial hub within the fictional realm.

Geography and climate: It sits on a natural harbor along a limestone coastline. The climate is Mediterranean, with mild, wet winters and hot, dry summers. The surrounding hinterland features terraced agriculture and pine forests.

History: Founded in the 13th century by merchant guilds seeking to control trade routes. It achieved de facto independence as a city-state in 1420. In the 17th century it joined a regional federation, gaining stability and access to larger markets. The 19th and 20th centuries saw modernization of port infrastructure and shipyards.

Governance and economy: Bsuhet operates under a constitutional mayor-council system with an elected executive and a unicameral council.
