Blata
Blata is a genus of insects belonging to the order Blattodea, commonly known as cockroaches. These insects are widespread throughout the world and are often associated with human dwellings. Members of the genus Blata are typically medium to large in size, with a flattened, oval body shape and long, spiny legs. They possess leathery forewings, or tegmina, which cover the membranous hindwings. Their antennae are long and filiform.
