Beinfrakturer, also known as leg fractures, refer to breaks or cracks in the bones of the lower limbs, typically involving the femur (thigh bone), tibia, or fibula. These injuries are often caused by high-impact trauma such as falls, traffic accidents, or sports-related incidents, but can also result from underlying conditions like osteoporosis that weaken bone structure.

Symptoms of beinfrakturer generally include severe pain, swelling, bruising, deformity, and an inability to bear weight on the affected limb. The severity of symptoms varies depending on the type and location of the fracture.
