Autónavigáció, often referred to as GPS navigation for vehicles, is a system that assists drivers in finding their way to a destination. It typically comprises a GPS receiver, a display screen, and mapping software. The GPS receiver determines the vehicle's current location by receiving signals from satellites. This location data is then processed by the mapping software, which overlays the vehicle's position onto a digital map.

The navigation system then provides turn-by-turn directions, often through audio prompts and visual cues on the display.
