In this imagined taxonomy, Arkeideilla is placed in the family Arkeideillidae, order Arkeideida, class Insecta, phylum Arthropoda, kingdom Animalia. The genus is presented as containing a single described species, Arkeideilla minima, with potential additional, undescribed species in ongoing worldbuilding.

Description in the fictional account emphasizes small size and troglobitic traits. Individuals are about 2–4 millimeters long, with an elongated, oval body and a glossy, dark exoskeleton. Eyes are reduced or absent, an adaptation common to cave-dwelling insects.
