Adromischus

Adromischus is a genus of succulent plants belonging to the Crassulaceae family. These plants are native to southern Africa, particularly South Africa and Namibia. The genus is known for its small, often rounded or flattened leaves that are typically thick and fleshy. These adaptations allow Adromischus species to store water, enabling them to survive in arid and semi-arid environments.

Species within Adromischus exhibit a wide range of leaf shapes, sizes, and colors. Some have smooth, waxy leaves, while others may be covered in fine hairs or have distinct markings. The leaves can vary in hue from green and grey to reddish-brown and purplish.
