Aderendhülsen
Aderendhülsen are crimp-on wire terminations used to finish stranded conductors in electrical installations. They consist of a metal tube, usually copper or copper alloy, often tin-plated, with an insulated plastic sleeve in the common variant. Ferrules may be insulated or non-insulated and can have one or two crimp zones. They are pressed onto the end of a stranded conductor to prevent fraying, improve current-carrying capacity, and provide a uniform, secure termination for insertion into terminal blocks or clamps. The plastic sleeve supplies insulation and strain relief.
Ferrules are typically color-coded by cross-sectional range and come in sizes to match standard wire gauges.
Applications include control panels, electrical cabinets, automation, automotive, and consumer electronics, where reliable connections are needed
In summary, Aderendhülsen provide a robust termination for stranded wires, improving mechanical stability, insulation, and electrical
