Õppeseadetus is a term used in Estonian educational discourse to describe the overall system of organization and regulation of learning within educational institutions. It refers to the set of rules, procedures, and structures that determine how studying is planned, implemented, and assessed, and how students, teachers, and institutions interact in the learning process.

The concept applies across the spectrum of formal education, including primary and secondary schools, vocational education, and higher education. It covers planning and implementation of study programs, scheduling and attendance, assessment practices, student rights and responsibilities, and the provision of educational support services.
