Üliaktiivsus

Üliaktiivsus, often translated as hyperactivity, is a term used to describe a state of excessive and often unfocused physical or mental activity. While it can be a transient characteristic in individuals, it is also a prominent symptom associated with certain conditions, most notably Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). In the context of ADHD, üliaktiivsus is characterized by a persistent pattern of inattention and/or hyperactivity-impulsivity that interferes with functioning or development.

The manifestations of üliaktiivsus can vary widely. Physically, it might present as fidgeting, restlessness, an inability to sit still, excessive running or climbing, and a constant sense of being "on the go." Mentally, it can manifest as a racing mind, difficulty concentrating, talking excessively, and interrupting others frequently.
