Árpád
Árpád (c. 845–c. 907) was a leader of the Magyar tribes who entered the Carpathian Basin in the late 9th century and is traditionally regarded as the founder of the medieval Hungarian state. As the head of the Magyar tribal federation, he guided the tribes during their migration and subsequent settlement, establishing the political foundation that his successors would expand into a recognized kingdom.
