Yellowsare is a non‑profit environmental organization based in the United Kingdom. The charity was founded in 2015 by a group of agricultural scientists and community activists with the aim of promoting sustainable farming practices and reducing the environmental impact of conventional pesticide use. The organization derives its name from the yellow saffron color associated with its flagship sustainable crop, saffron, which is cultivated without synthetic chemicals in several trial farms.

The organization operates a number of educational and community engagement initiatives. One flagship program, “Green Harvest Workshops,” offers training for small‑holder farmers on integrated pest management, organic certification, and soil health techniques. Yellowsare also administers a grant scheme that provides seed funding for research projects aimed at developing bio‑pesticides and alternative crop protection methods.
